Shark Tank India Season 2: A look at the judges and their net worth

 Deepa Gahlot notes that there are serious businesspeople with some creative ideas, such as the young women from Bangalore who sell packaged flowers for poojas, the ardent couple who want to popularise Darjeeling tea, the couple who want to bring back traditional sari handloom, or the enthusiastic young man who created a smart watch for kids that allows parents to track their children and communicate with them.

On January 2, 2023, the second season of the well-known business reality series Shark Tank India will premiere. The programme will once more provide aspiring business owners with a stage on which to realise their entrepreneurial aspirations by presenting their concepts to seasoned investors and industry experts.

  • Aman Gupta, Anupam Mittal, Vineeta Singh, Namita Thapar, Peyush Bansal, and Amit Jain are some of the judges for this year. All of the others, excluding Jain, were also in the first season. Here is all you need know about them.
  • CEO and co-founder of the CarDekho Group is Amit Jain. Together with his brother Anurag Jain, he founded the business in 2007. According to sources, Jain's current net worth is close to 2900 crore.
  • Shaadi.com, Makaan.com, and Mauj, a platform for short videos, were all founded by Anupam Mittal. His estimated net worth is about 185 crore rupees.
  • The CEO of Emcure Pharmaceuticals is Namita Thapar. Her estimated current net worth is close to 600 crore.
  • The CEO and creator of online eyewear retailer Lenskart is Peyush Bansal. His estimated net worth is close to Rs. 600 billion.
  • The co-founder and CMO of well-known audio and wearables company boAt is Aman Gupta. His current net worth is somewhere around 700 crore.
  • Vineeta Singh
In the second season, stand-up comedian Rahul Dua will take over for Shark Tank India Season 1 host Rannvijay Singh Singha. The co-founders of Mamaearth, Ghazal Alagh and BharatPe, Ashneer Grover, will not be participating as judges in Shark Tank India Season 2 as they were in Season 1.
